Ingredients

• 250 g rusks
• 1 small Jar Nutella
• 1 glass sour cherries
• 1 cup whipped cream
• 1 cup sour cream
• some cornstarch (Mondamin)
• Cinnamon, ground

Instructions

1. Crumble the rusks in a freezer bag with the rolling pin in portions and stir with 1 small glass of Nutella (if necessary, warm it up slightly beforehand in a water bath). Put this chocolate mixture in a baking dish and press down lightly.
2. Heat the sour cherries with juice in a saucepan and thicken with a little moonamine. Let cool and then pour onto the chocolate mass.
3. Beat the whipped cream, mix with the sour cream and spread over the top. Dust with cinnamon powder and allow to cool well until consumed.
