• 250 g low-fat quark
• 130 ml cream, (cream) or milk
• 6 tablespoon Nutella
• 50 g almond (s), chopped
• 1 teaspoon lemon peel, grated

Instructions

1. Mix the curd cheese with milk or cream and Nutella and lemon zest until creamy.
2. Pour the mixture into bowls and garnish with chopped almonds.
3. Orange liqueur or amaretto can be mixed in with this cream.
4. Add pieces of seasonal fruit, cut into small pieces.
