Roll out all the toast slices thinly with a rolling pin. Halve the washed strawberries and set aside. Brush half of the toast slices with Nutella and spread a row of strawberries on top. Warm Nutella is much easier to spread and you can be sure that the thin slices of toast won`t tear. Carefully roll up the toast slices and coat the end piece (about 1 cm) with Nutella so that the roll sticks together better at the end. For the alternative filling, mix cream cheese with 1 tablespoon milk, vanilla extract and powdered sugar. Spread the remaining four slices of toast with this cream, cover with strawberries and roll up. Turn the rolls in the beaten egg. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat and fry the French toasts in it until golden brown. Finally roll in cinnamon sugar. Note: These little roles are tough. Those who have had enough of crepes and boring cinnamon and sugar French toasts will get their money`s worth with this small breakfast. The small toast slices filled with Nutella and strawberries or with sweet cream cheese are great to turn in egg and don`t fall apart.
