Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut them into quarters. Mix the quark, milk and Nutella well with a hand mixer.
First pour a layer of Nutella cream into three tall glasses, then roughly crumble 2 biscuits over it and spread a layer of strawberries on top. Repeat the process again. Spread about 1 tablespoon Eiswunder chocolate sauce on the last layer of strawberries (forms a hard crust when it gets cold).
