Ingredients

• 400 g strawberries or other fruit, e.. bananas
• 250 g low-fat quark
• 60 ml milk
• 80 g Nutella
• 18 biscuit (s), butter
• 3 tablespoon chocolate sauce, (ice miracle)

Instructions

1. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut them into quarters. Mix the quark, milk and Nutella well with a hand mixer.
2. First pour a layer of Nutella cream into three tall glasses, then roughly crumble 2 biscuits over it and spread a layer of strawberries on top. Repeat the process again. Spread about 1 tablespoon Eiswunder chocolate sauce on the last layer of strawberries (forms a hard crust when it gets cold).
3. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
