Instructions

  1. Put the muesli and oatmeal in a cereal bowl. Add the quinoa. Pour soy rice drink over it until the muesli is covered. Heat in the microwave on medium-high for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in applesauce, oat bran and cinnamon. Dose the oat bran so that you get a personally pleasant consistency. If you like it a little sweeter, you can stir in 1 teaspoon of honey.
  3. Tip: I always cook quinoa for a few days and quickly take a little out of the fridge in the morning.
