- Beat the butter and sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in the remaining ingredients and work into a dough.
- Using two teaspoons, cut off small heaps from the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with a little space.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 10 minutes at 180 degrees circulating air or 200 degrees top / bottom heat.
- The cookies are only supposed to turn light brown and are still quite soft when you take them down, so be careful.
