Mix the curd cheese with the eggs, salt and sugar until smooth, then stir in the remaining ingredients, leave to rest for approx. 20 minutes.
Then shape small, thin loafs with damp hands and bake them in hot clarified butter over medium heat (important! Because otherwise the loafs could burn) until golden brown on both sides.
Sprinkle with cinnamon / sugar and serve with applesauce or any compote or pudding. Also tastes very good cold.
