Mix the flour with the flakes, bran, baking powder and sugar. Rub the mixture with the butter with your fingers until crumbly. Add the milk and quickly knead everything into a dough.
Roll out the dough between two layers of cling film 0.5 cm thick. Cut out slices with a round cookie cutter and bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes. Brush with melted chocolate.
Tip: a friend said that they should taste particularly good stored in a food storage container in the refrigerator. I haven`t tried that yet.
