• 50 g whole rain flakes, (coarsely round, rainy multi-rain flakes)
• 50 g edible bran, (oat bran)
• 25 g cane suar
• 1 teaspoon Baking powder
• 100 g butter
• 1 tablespoon milk
• 100 g chocolate, (milk chocolate), melted

Instructions

1. Mix the flour with the flakes, bran, baking powder and sugar. Rub the mixture with the butter with your fingers until crumbly. Add the milk and quickly knead everything into a dough.
2. Roll out the dough between two layers of cling film 0.5 cm thick. Cut out slices with a round cookie cutter and bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes. Brush with melted chocolate.
3. Tip: a friend said that they should taste particularly good stored in a food storage container in the refrigerator. I haven`t tried that yet.
