Instructions

  1. I prepare the dough in a Kitchen-Aid. To do this, I put all the ingredients in the bowl at the same time, just crumble the yeast, but don`t dissolve it. Mix very well, first on a slow setting, then for about 5 minutes on the highest setting.
  2. Cover and let the dough rise for approx. 2 hours, then divide into 3 portions, roll them into long baguettes and cut into them. Let rise under a kitchen towel for another 30 minutes and then bake in the meanwhile preheated oven at 200 ° for approx. 25 minutes.
  3. You can also moisten the sticks and sprinkle them with oat flakes (or with pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds). You can also omit the muesli mixture and increase the amount of oatmeal instead. They taste best fresh with jam, but also very good with poultry liver pate.
