Heat the butter in a large saucepan. Add the oat flakes and oat flakes or chocopops to the melted butter and stir well, let the mixture cool down.
Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until foamy, add the flour and baking powder and then add everything to the oatmeal mixture (I gradually added the flake mixture to the egg mixture, so I could stir it in better - you don`t even need an electric whisk).
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, then use 2 teaspoons to put the biscuit mixture in piles on the sheet (the biscuits do not rise too much, you can put them closer to the sheet).
