Melt the butter, add the oatmeal and stir. Beat the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt with the egg until frothy. Mix flour with baking powder and stir into the foam mixture. Work in the nuts, chocolate sprinkles and oatmeal.
Place small heaps with two teaspoons on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat and bake the biscuits for about 10 to 12 minutes until they are golden brown.
