Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs. Add the flour and stir. Stir in the milk and then the oatmeal. Finally stir in the mineral water and then let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Bake the pancakes one at a time in a little butter. The pancakes can be eaten sweet with quark and fruit or jam or savory with lettuce, ham, cheese or tomato mozzarella.
