In the evening, put the oat flakes in a small saucepan, bring the water to the boil in the kettle and pour over the oat flakes while boiling. Stir well, cover and let soak overnight.
Heat slowly the next morning and stir occasionally until it is nice and mushy.
Option 1 - Banana Power Porridge:
Peel a banana, quarter it lengthways and cut it halfway into small pieces. Put the pieces in the warm porridge. Mash the rest of the banana with a fork and stir in as well. Refine with raw cane sugar and cocoa powder as desired.
Option 2 - Fruity Fitness Porridge:
Cut the kiwi, orange, apple and grapes into small pieces and stir in. Refine with roasted nuts or almond sticks as you like.
Option 3 - Berry Crunch Porridge:
Stir in the forest berry mix (fresh or frozen) and 2 teaspoons of corn flakes. Refine as desired with raisins and dried cranberries.
