There are two ways to prepare the oatmeal, raspberry and banana quark:
Preparation 1: Take any number of frozen raspberries out of the freezer a few hours beforehand and sprinkle with a little sugar or simply let them thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Let the oat flakes swell overnight in the refrigerator with a little water. In the morning, just put the low-fat quark in a bowl, add the swollen oat flakes and sugared raspberries with the resulting juice. Now just cut the banana into slices and pour over it.
Preparation 2: Briefly heat the desired amount of frozen raspberries together with the oat flakes and some water in a saucepan until the raspberries are thawed, do not forget the sugar. In the meantime, put the quark in a bowl. Then add the raspberry and oatmeal mixture. Finally cut the banana into slices and also pour over it.
Tastes good for breakfast or just in between. Good for muscle building and strength training.
