Put 4 lightly heaped tablespoons of semolina and oat flakes in a small saucepan. To do this, cut the banana into slices, add cinnamon and ginger powder. Now distribute everything in the pot so that you have an even surface and pour milk on until the ingredients are covered. Now bring to the boil until it bubbles and then let it steep over medium heat until it has the desired consistency. Stir regularly so that it does not burn on the bottom of the pot.
Then I mix in some honey so that it is a little sweeter.
Remarks:
Don`t worry, you can`t taste the ginger powder. You can also leave it out.
I also made the porridge with chopped, dried apricots and raisins. However, I like it best with a banana.
