Instructions

  1. Puree or finely chop the banana, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries.
  2. Bring milk and water with lemon zest, cinnamon and vanilla to a boil in a saucepan. Add the oatmeal and flaxseed and let simmer. Don`t forget to stir, otherwise it will burn quickly.
  3. As soon as a pulpy substance has formed, stir in the pureed fruits and add the honey. Keep stirring and heating. When the porridge has reached the right consistency, remove it from the heat and, if necessary, sweeten it again.
  4. Put the porridge on a plate and garnish with some fruit of your choice and chopped almonds.
