Instructions

  1. Cut the mango into small pieces. Mash the banana with a fork.
  2. Bring milk and water with vanilla and cinnamon to the boil while stirring. Add the oatmeal and flaxseed and let simmer while stirring. Add the lime juice, almonds and the mashed banana to the porridge and simmer until the desired consistency is achieved (always stir so that nothing burns).
  3. Put the finished oatmeal on a plate and garnish with mango pieces and desiccated coconut.
  4. (If the lime is too sour, you can sweeten it with honey, for example.)
