Cut the mango into cubes, slice the kiwi and mash the banana with a fork.
Bring the milk with the water, cinnamon and vanilla to the boil, stirring so that nothing burns. Add the oatmeal and flaxseed and continue to simmer while stirring. Add the banana and lime juice and simmer while stirring until the desired consistency of the porridge is obtained.
Put the finished porridge on a plate and garnish with mango pieces, kiwi slices and lime zest.
