Instructions

  1. Soak the oatmeal in hot water for about 7 minutes. Cut the fruit into pieces and mix with the yoghurt. Finally, drain the oat flakes and add them. If you want, you can sprinkle a few almonds, flax seeds or coconut flakes on top.
  2. I eat this breakfast every morning at work and I hold out well until noon. In addition, I`ve already eaten my daily ration of fruit. Important: drink a lot!
