Instructions

  1. Halve the avocados, remove the seeds and peel. Roughly chop the pulp.
  2. Finely chop the onions, garlic and chilli in a blender. Add the avocados and work with the coriander greens, lime juice and salt to make a smooth paste. Season to taste with salt and lime juice.
  3. Cover the guacamole in a bowl and keep it in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
