Let the frozen lye dough thaw for 15 minutes. Then roughly pluck them apart and put them in silicone muffin cups or a greased muffin tin - if possible in the shape of a snail and leave a deeper hole in the middle so that the Obazda cream fits on it later.
Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 10 - 12 minutes until they have the typical pretzel color.
Mix the obazda with the quark and season to taste with a little salt, pepper, paprika powder and caraway seeds. Spread generously on the cooled pretzel cupcakes. To garnish, place sliced radishes or pickles on top and sprinkle with a little chives.
If you don`t like Obazda - it also tastes wonderful with hummus or other spreads.
