Instructions

  1. Fry the egg as a fried egg (set egg, baking egg) in the pan on both sides, season with salt and pepper. In the meantime, wash the lettuce. Cut open the croissant and brush the lower half with the margarine. Cut the ham slice in half. First place the lettuce on the lower half, then the egg and then the ham. Brush the lid of the croissant with mayonnaise and place on the topped half.
