Rub the cucumbers on a coarse grater.
We also rub the radish on a coarse grater.
Finely chop the onion and dill. We send them to vegetables
Add some salt and sour cream.
We mix. Vegetables will give juice.
We peel the eggs. Cut the sausage and eggs into medium cubes and add to the vegetables.
We mix. (Optionally, you can add boiled potatoes to okroshka.)
Add ayran.
Stir and try again for salt. Let the okroshka brew for 20 minutes.
