Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil and sauté the chopped garlic in it. Drain the sardines, add and sauté briefly. Season with chilli and oregano. Deglaze with the white wine and add a splash of lemon juice. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes and season with salt and pepper if necessary.
Mix the sauce with the drained spaghetti.
