Sauté the spinach briefly in a little salted water. Beat the schnitzel, salt and fry in butter. Then the spinach is spread over the schnitzel, on top of which a slice of ham and cheese are placed. Place the prepared schnitzel in a pan (or baking sheet) and cover with foil and cook for a few minutes until the cheese has melted. Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms into leaves and sauté in the remaining frying fat. Deglaze with whipped cream and season with salt and pepper. Pour the mushroom sauce over the served schnitzel.
