Wash the cabbage, onion and carrot. Remove the stalk from the cabbage, peel the onion and carrot. Cut the onion into small cubes and grate the carrot. Cut the cabbage into thin strips and, if necessary, divide again if the strips are too long (you can also bring the cabbage to the desired size in a food processor).
Put the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and stir well. Now put the salad in the bowl and mix everything well.
Let the salad rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
