Mix the flour with the yeast. Mix the eggs, salt and pepper, then slowly mix in the oil and vermouth. Add the olives, ham and cheese and mix well. Cover and let rise in a warm place for approx. 45 minutes.
Knead the dough again, pour it into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven (200 °) for approx. 50 minutes. Let cool before serving.
Tastes good as a starter or with a glass of wine. Makes about 20 slices.
