Instructions

1. For the dough, first beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy until an airy, white mixture is formed. Then stir in the olive oil and add the zest of the lemon peel. Then sift the flour with the baking powder and briefly fold in. Finally, add the mineral water to the dough while stirring.
