Cooking spaghetti. Pluck the parsley leaves and cut into strips, the cloves of garlic into very thin slices. Halve the chilli pepper long ago, remove the core and cut into fine strips.
Drain the pasta and heat the oil in a pan. Now briefly toss the garlic slices, chilli and parsley strips in the pan and then mix with the pasta. Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
