Instructions

  1. Peel and crush the garlic cloves or chop them finely. Finely chop the chilli, parsley and olives. Mix everything with the yogurt and salt and let it steep for at least 30 minutes. Finally add the olive oil and season to taste.
  2. If you don`t have any fresh chili peppers, you can also use some cayenne pepper or dried chilies, but be careful, it`s better to add some seasoning at the end.
