Fry the finely diced onions and the diced bacon in oil.
Peel the cucumber, quarter lengthways, cut into slices as thick as a thumb, do not hollow out and add to the fried ingredients. Add the pressed garlic cloves and the peeled tomatoes cut into pieces. Shape the pork meat into ten to fifteen balls and place in the saucepan. Do not add any additional broth. The cucumbers water out nicely, but still don`t lose their bite.
Let the soup simmer for 20 minutes. Then stir in the cream, dill and spices, season to taste and simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes.
The soup has a nice consistency that resembles a stew.
