Fry the grilled sausages and boil the eggs hard. Let both cool down.
Put the mayonnaise in a suitable bowl. Dice the onions, the meat sausage, the grilled sausages, the ham and the Emmentaler cheese and fill the bowl. Cut the eggs into small pieces with an egg cutter and add to them. Season with salt, pepper, herb salt, Vegeta and ketchup as required. Stir the salad well and then let it steep for about 1 hour.
Sprinkle with the parsley before serving.
This goes well with simple mixed bread and light beer as a drink.
