A very effective dish – an appetizing omelet in pita bread stuffed with sausage and cheese. It will not be difficult to prepare such a beautiful breakfast, and it will not take much time – delicious and simple!
Prepare foods on the list. If desired, the sausage can be replaced with ham.
Break the eggs into a bowl and beat a little with a fork.
Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat over medium heat. Pour the egg mass into the skillet, reduce heat to low and cook for about 2-3 minutes, until the egg mass has set.
Cut a circle out of the pita bread to the dia of the pan, put on top of the omelet.
Cover the skillet with a plate.
Gently turn the pan over so that the omelet falls onto the plate.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and put on half of the omelet.
Cut the sausage into small cubes and place on top of the cheese.
Finely chop the green onion with a knife. Place chopped onion on top of the sausage.
Gently fold the stuffed pita bread in half, put back in the pan and fry over low heat for about 2 minutes on each side.
A hearty and beautiful omelet in pita bread is ready.
