Hard cheese – 40 g
White bread – 30 g
Fresh parsley – 5 g (4-5 sprigs)

Cut the sausage into small cubes. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
Break the eggs into a deep bowl.
Pour in milk. Add salt and ground pepper.
Shake with a fork or whisk.
Add shredded cheese and sausage to the omelet mixture. Rinse the parsley, dry it, chop finely with a knife and send to a bowl, if desired, setting aside a pinch of herbs for serving.
Break the bread into small pieces with your hands and add to a bowl.
Mix
Grease a microwave-safe baking dish (glass or ceramic, no gilding or metal elements). Put the prepared omelet mixture into the mold. Cook in the microwave at full power (800 kW) for about 4 minutes.
