Instructions

  1. Boil 1 egg hard and wash the tomatoes and the leek. Cut the tomato into slices and the leek into rings. Peel the egg and cut it into slices as well. Set aside 4 slices of tomato and 6 slices of egg.
  2. Now cut the rest of the tomato and eggs into cubes.
  3. Put the 4 raw eggs in a bowl and mix well with these cubes, the leek rings and the mineral water. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat the butter and a little olive oil in a pan. Add the egg mixture and fry, turn and place on a plate. Now cut into 4 parts, fold up and arrange on two new plates. Garnish with the tomatoes and egg slices and serve with bread.
