Instructions

  1. Dice the leek and tomato and place in a container with the eggs. Season with rosemary, salt and pepper and whisk.
  2. Carefully pour the mixture into a glass. Make sure that the glass is not damaged. Place in the unheated oven at 200 ℃ for 10 - 15 minutes.
  3. I like to eat some wholemeal bread with it, so you have a healthy and filling breakfast.
