Instructions

  1. Briefly stir the eggs in a container with a whisk. Cut the bacon slices into small strips or cubes.
  2. Heat a little oil in the frying pan, fry the bacon briefly. Add the egg and let the pan rotate at once so that the egg spreads and pulls up on the edge of the pan (only works with a rounded pan). Season to taste.
  3. Other ingredients such as mushrooms or onions can be fried with the bacon as the mood takes you. You can also sprinkle the egg with cheese or herbs after distributing it in the pan.
