Instructions

  1. Press the sausage meat out of the sausages, crumble it and fry it in a pan in the oil, add the onion and cook until translucent.
  2. Beat the eggs until frothy and add the parmesan and parsley to the egg mixture. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the sausage meat. Let the omelette set over a moderate heat, fold it up, divide into two pieces and serve.
