Mix the pork and salt ingredients together (with a light hand). Divide the cooked meat into four parts and form a burger out of it (approx. 1.25 cm thick).
Either on the grill (preferred), in the grill pan or, as we did, in the oven with top heat for about 5-6 minutes on each side until they are completely through. Put in buns or rolls and let everyone do the garnishing themselves.
