Instructions

  1. Simply preheat the steam oven to 200 degrees and 100% humidity, a normal oven to 200 degrees circulating air.
  2. Break through the macaroni twice - in the package - so that they are more bite-sized. Cut all solid ingredients into small pieces as desired and put them in a baking dish or gastro container together with the liquid ingredients and uncooked pasta. Add a little pepper and grated nutmeg to the dish. Grate the cheese on top and slide the container into the middle slot of the oven. Stir everything from time to time.
  3. The pasta is ready after 30-35 minutes, the sauce has a creamy consistency and the surface is nicely baked. Now salt the dish as you like.
  4. The vegetable broth is important because it gives it a lot of flavor. Homemade is great, but instant does the same. Since you never know how salty the broths are, I don`t add salt until the end of the cooking time or on the plate, otherwise everything will quickly become too salty.
