Instructions

  1. Season the sliced turkey in a sufficiently large saucepan, e.g., sauté with salt, pepper, paprika and chilli and together with the quartered mushrooms and the spring onions cut into rings. Halve the cocktail tomatoes and add. Pour in the vegetable stock and cream and bring to the boil. Add the pasta and cook over medium heat. When the pasta is done and the sauce has boiled down well, stir in the herb cream cheese.
  2. Season the dish with plenty of basil and parsley and garnish.
