First the vegetables should be prepared: To do this, the zucchini is quartered and cut into pieces that are not too fine. The mushrooms are divided once in the middle and cut into pieces about the same size as the zucchini. The garlic is peeled off and roughly chopped.
Then the first 7 ingredients can be put in a large saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until the spaghetti is firm to the bite and then put the lid on the pot for another 5 minutes. So the whole thing should sit for another 5 minutes. Stir it again and again so that nothing burns. If the liquid boils off too quickly and the pasta is not soft enough, just add some more water.
Finally the cream is added and the one pot pasta is seasoned with salt and pepper.
