  1. Chop the onions medium coarsely. Let the oil get hot in a non-stick pan and lightly sear the onions. Fry the onions, stirring constantly. They can be tanned a little, but they cannot be burned. Add the spices and stir again and again. After about 10 minutes, add the sunflower seeds and let them take on color. If you think the onions are done, turn off the heat and use the residual heat. Puree the mixture until it is lukewarm. Fill into a glass.
