• 1 packet puff pastry
• 5 onion (s), cut into rings
• 200 g blue cheese, Bavaria blu, Goronzola or other
• 1 handful olives, black
• olive oil
• salt and pepper
• thyme

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC,
2. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet.
3. Stew the oil and onion rings in a pan over medium heat for about 20 minutes, until the onions are golden brown. Allow to cool slightly.
4. Crumble the cheese onto the dough, leave one edge, then cover with onions, olives, thyme and pepper.
5. Bake for 30 minutes, until the batter has risen and turns golden brown.
