- Preheat the oven to 200ºC,
- Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet.
- Stew the oil and onion rings in a pan over medium heat for about 20 minutes, until the onions are golden brown. Allow to cool slightly.
- Crumble the cheese onto the dough, leave one edge, then cover with onions, olives, thyme and pepper.
- Bake for 30 minutes, until the batter has risen and turns golden brown.
