Instructions

  1. Whisk the oil and buttermilk together well, knead with the flour and baking powder. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
  2. Spread the dough very thinly on a baking sheet. Carefully press apart with your hands, the dough is very sticky.
  3. Dice the onions and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Do not use spices! Distribute evenly on the dough. Bake at 200 degrees top / bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
