Sear the fillets in a pan with a little oil. Then put in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle well with curry. Mix the onion soup with the cream and pour over the meat. Cut the peaches into strips and spread them over everything. Baked the whole thing in the preheated oven at about 180 degrees (about 20-30 minutes) until the cream has thickened and the peaches are nice and soft.
