Instructions

  1. Peel and halve the onions and cut into thin slices. Finely chop the garlic.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder and paprika powder. Mix with the egg and enough water to make a thick paste. Mix in the onions and garlic.
  3. Pour plenty of oil into the pan, about 2 cm high. Put one tablespoon each (maximum 2) of the mixture in the pan and fry until golden on both sides.
  4. Place on kitchen paper and then serve warm with any sauce.
