Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160 ° C.
  2. Line a springform pan with the (defrosted) puff pastry, pierce a few holes with a fork. Cut the red and white onions into thin rings, halve the spring onions lengthways. Sauté all onions in a little olive oil, season with a little lemon juice and zest, pepper. Let cool down. Spread half of the onion mixture on the puff pastry. Crumble the sheep cheese over it.
  3. Mix the sour cream with goat cream cheese and two eggs, add a little cayenne pepper. Pour this mixture over the sheep`s cheese, smooth out. Then top the remaining onion mixture with halved strips of bacon and sage. Grind fresh pepper over it again.
  4. Put the whole thing in the preheated oven for about half an hour. Is perfect as a party souvenir or with light wine.
