Cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
Meanwhile, cut the sausages into 1 cm thick slices. Cut the onions into rings. Peel and chop the tomatoes.
Peel and cut the apple.
Sauté the sausages, onions, tomatoes and apples with a sip of water in a previously heated pan with the lid closed. The apple and tomato disintegrate a little. Salt and a little pepper. Gfls. bind with quite a bit of strength.
When the rice is done, the onion sausages are done too.
The rice is spread out on the plate and the onion sausages are poured over it.
