Salt, pepper and season the schnitzel with paprika and sauté with a dash of oil. Then place in a baking dish.
Cook the onions in the pan on medium heat for about 10 minutes so that they become nice and soft. At the end, switch up again so that they get a little color. Add the cream and the granulated broth to the onions and season with salt and pepper. Bring to the boil and pour everything over the schnitzel into the baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and leave for 20 minutes at 180 degrees fan-assisted or 200 top-bottom heat in the oven until the cheese is nice and brown, thicker schnitzel a little longer.
I like to serve French fries or baguettes with it.
